I saw one of these on YouTube while someone was working on a car in a really tight spot, and I'd recommend it to any mechanic who doesn't want to fight their way into impossible spaces. I usually put a socket on one end, grab my impact driver on the other, and it takes a bunch of bolts right out. I was a little skeptical at first because I was curious how it worked, but now that I've got it in my hands, I definitely recommend it.
It's an offset extension wrench that's only useful in certain situations. But when those situations come up, you're really glad you have it. It's for those times when you can't get a ratchet and socket into a tight space, even when a normal extension won't help. This tool lets you transfer the turning force sideways. It also comes with adapters for different setups if you need to use other sockets. Great tool and a great price. Very good value for the money.

Worked really well. I was able to remove the starter bolts on a Pathfinder and the A/C compressor bolts. I did break the bolts loose with a breaker bar first, then used this wrench to reach the hard-to-access bolts and finish removing and reinstalling them. I don't recommend using it to break loose extremely tight bolts because the internal chain could break, but it does an awesome job removing and installing bolts quickly in tight areas where only your hand or fingers will fit.
A very useful tool that reaches small, hard-to-access areas on a car and works for other projects too. I haven't used it under high torque yet, but it makes the job much faster. Build quality is 10/10.

Meh, in my opinion they're pretty mediocre. They don't fit very tightly and there's some play in every direction. Do they work? Yes, but I had a little higher expectations when I ordered it.
Made with good materials, no plastic. It feels solid under torque, so you don't get the feeling it's going to break while you're using it. It's slim and gets into tight spaces a regular wrench can't reach.
Good tool. The adapters are decent. Most of my sockets are 1/2-inch drive, so I would've preferred it set up for a 1/2-inch ratchet instead of 3/8-inch, but I can use a reducer when I need to. It's not something you'll need every day, but it'll save the day on those few bolts where you really need it.
It's great to have for reaching that one bolt tucked off to the side in a tight spot. I'd love to open it up just to see how it's built inside, but honestly, as long as it works, I don't really care.
The build could feel a little more heavy-duty. That said, for the price and the way I use it, it's a great addition to the toolbox.

I've only used it a handful of times, but those few uses have already made it worth every penny. I'm not sure I'd trust it for high-torque tightening. It's one of those tools you don't know you need until you have it. I work at a dealership and I end up using it at least three times a week. I've even used it with my 3/8-inch impact with no issues.
I haven't used it with an impact yet, so so far I've just checked it out and changed two spark plugs with it. Great idea and it worked well, although it does feel a little cheaply made. But for the price, so far so good.

This extension is very well made. Super sturdy. It held up to some pretty hard pulls when I had to use a powerful impact to remove a really tight alternator bolt. If I ever needed two, I'd definitely buy another one.
